Combining years of midwifery expertise, community advocacy and engagement, as well as culturally informed education; Family Foundations have an overall mission to reduce inequalities in women’s health and wellbeing. Using both evidence based literature and co-production, we are here to provide culturally informed, accessible and empowering community support that builds confidence, connection and long-term positive health outcomes.
Our Five Strategic Pillars underpin everything we do at Family Foundations. They reflect our values, guide our approach, and ensure our work remains focused on equity, empowerment and meaningful impact. Together, these pillars shape how we design our programmes, build partnerships and deliver community-led solutions that improve women’s health, wellbeing and access to care.
